Adam has served as Director of Finance at Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community for the past  nine years. In this role, he oversees payroll, accounts payable, the budget, the annual audit, and financial  reporting. Prior to this role, he worked as Controller at SpiriTrust Lutheran, supporting their six non-profit  Life Plan Community campuses, and as an accountant with Perennial Healthcare Management, where he  supported their for-profit skilled nursing facilities. 

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Towson University and a Master of Business  Administration from the University of Phoenix. He also serves on the Main Street Hanover Board as  treasurer. 

Originally from Maryland, Adam has lived in Southern York County for the past twenty years. He and his wife,  Carla, have raised two wonderful children and stay busy supporting their many sporting and music activities.  He lives in Glen Rock.
