A native of France, Oliver studied English and Film in Paris before moving to the US. Following some years spent as a small business owner, his career led him to his passion: the Senior Living industry.
He joined Cross Keys Village-The Brethren Home Community in 2013 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing a series of expansions and redefining the community's image. Oliver is the father of three adult sons and lives with his wife in Carlisle, where he is active in interfaith activities and anti-racism circles.
Mike has 35 years of healthcare experience from the clinical laboratory through progressive levels of leadership responsibility in Healthcare Administration. He is currently Vice President, Operations at UPMC Hanover.
Mike previously served as Interim President & CEO of Hanover Hospital in 2007 - 2008. Prior to joining UPMC, he held positions with Summit Health (Director Allied Services) and Holy Spirit Hospital ( Supervisor and LIS Coordinator). Mike received his Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration at the College of St. Francis in 1991. He received his Board of Registry Certification from Altoona Hospital and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Lock Haven University in 1984. Mike has served on the Hanover YMCA Board and is currently on the Sweet Charities Board and is a member of the Hanover Rotary Club. He resides in Hanover with his wife MaryBeth. They have three grown sons: Matthew, Mark, and Ross.
Jennifer A. Leib
Jennifer is the VP and ASU Senior Administrator of Wealth Planning and Analytics with Wilmington Trust. She has more than 35 years of experience in the wealth management business.
Ashley M. Hershey
Ashley lives in New Oxford with her husband Cassidy and their son Julian. She is a CPA working in public accounting as a manager at Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz, where she started her career as an intern in 2012.
She additionally holds board seats with the VNA Endowment Board, the New Oxford Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce. Ashley is a graduate of New Oxford High School and Shippensburg University. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Shippensburg University.
Tammy lives in Spring Grove with her husband, and has served as the Executive Director of Windy Hill on the Campus (senior center) since 2006. She has two grown sons. Tammy has a non-profit background previously working for Leadership
York and two Chambers of Commerce. She is a York County Community Foundation Fellow and serves on the advisory board of the White Rose Leadership Institute. She is also a board member of the PA Association of Senior Centers. Tammy has also provided consultation services for various non-profits, specifically in board/staff development and strategic planning.
Pat, the Chief Nursing Officer at UPMC Pinnacle Hanover, recently retired after 11 years of service. She is the proud mother of five children, eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Carol Freer, M.D.
Dr. Carol Freer, MD George Washington University, is a board certified internist and infectious disease specialist with a M.S. in Hospital Epidemiology and Infection Control from the University of Virginia.
She is presently an associate professor of Medicine Emeritus, Division of Infectious Diseases at Penn State Health, Hershey Medical Center where she previously served as that institution's first female Chief Medical Officer. Prior to her appointment to the faculty at Penn State Hershey, Dr. Freer served for many years as the Hospital Epidemiologist and Infectious Disease specialist at Hanover and Gettysburg Hospitals. Dr. Freer is a Senior Medical consultant for Saxton and Stump, Lawyers and Consultants in Lancaster, PA, where she is an in house expert for infection and and infection prevention matters. She graduated from the University of Delaware where she serves on the executive committee of the Advisory Council to the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. Carol has one daughter, Elizabeth, a Certified Physician Assistant, living in Charleston, SC. Dr. Freer lives in Hanover and Easton, MD with her partner, Dr. Veasey.
Grant Holub works as Commercial Loan Officer, Vice President at ACNB Bank. Mr. Holub joined ACNB Bank in 2014 as a Commercial Loan Officer, and has 15 years of banking experience with 7 years specializing in commercial lending.
In his role as Commercial Loan Officer, Mr. Holub is responsible for building commercial customer relationships by providing commercial loans, deposit accounts, and other banking services to assist in the operation and growth of a customer’s business. He is based at ACNB Bank’s North Hanover Office, located at 1127 Eichelberger Street in Hanover and serves commercial customers primarily in the Hanover area.
A native of Hanover, Mr. Holub graduated from Delone Catholic High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. His current community involvement includes serving as a member of the Delone Catholic High School Finance Committee. Mr. Holub resides in Maryland with his fiancée Rebecca.
Arthur J. Becker, Jr.
Arthur is an attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for nearly 30 years. He has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of the Hanover Area Historical Society and the Hanover Chamber of Commerce.
Rev. Steven Thomas
Pastor Steve was born and raised in Houston, TX. He is married to Rev. LaDonna Thomas. Their daughter, Rebekah, is a student at Luther Seminary in Minneapolis. He serves as the Pastor at Bartholomew’s United Church (ELCA), Hanover.
First Vice President Laura L. McCusker began her banking career in 2000 as a teller at ACNB Bank's McSherrystown office. Over the past 20 years, she has gained valuable experience in community banking by serving in various roles
across the branch network. In her current role as Community Banking Officer, Laura leads and directs the overall performance of the Bank's Community Banking functions by working with the Regional Sales Managers, Community Banking Managers, and other collaborative teams to achieve the Bank's business objectives. Laura is also responsible for the ACNB Bank's Customer Contact Center. She is based at the ACNB Corporate Operations Center in Gettysburg. Laura earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Towson University in Towson, MC. She grew up in the Hanover area and resides in Abbottstown with her husband, Kevin, and their three children - Alexis, Matthew, and Khloe. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching yoga.
Karen began her banking career in 1993 in Hanover. With over 26 years of banking experience, she has focused her career on working for local community banks. Karen joined PeoplesBank in 2017 to serve as AVP and Financial Center Manager
of the North Hanover office. She is an active member of the local community and has been involved with the Hanover Chamber Workforce Committee since 2007. Karen has also served on the Chamber Ambassador committee and is a former board member. She is the current Treasurer of the Hanover Kiwanis Club, a committee member of Sweet Charities of Hanover, Inc., and member of the Hanover Rotary Club. Karen is a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and is the Chair of their Finance Committee. She resides in Littlestown with her husband, Mike, and their youngest son, Jacob. Karen has two grown sons - Michael, Jr, and Logan.
Ginger is currently the Health Promotion Manager of Utz Quality Foods, LLC. She assisted in facilitating the start-up of the Utz Health and Wellness Center, on onsite primary care clinic in Hanover, PA.
Ginger earned her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College and practiced in the field of Occupational Therapy for 19 years as a clinician and a manager before joining Utz. In addition to the numerous clinical certifications, she is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Ginger is a member of the Healthy York County Coalition Leadership Council, the Harrisburg Area Community College Health and Wellness Promotion Advisory Committee, and the Central Penn Business Group on Health Board of Directors. She also participates in the Highmark Customer Advisory Council. Ginger holds the role of Past President of the Utz Women's Mentoring Group, and organization which she helped to implement four years ago. She resides in Hanover with her husband Tom and her three active teenage children. Ginger practices what she preaches by spending her free time working out, running, biking, hiking, meditating, and doing yoga.
