VNA Building Dedication

On June 12, 2026, the Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover & Spring Grove proudly dedicated the Florence M. deHaven Health & Wellness Center. A graduate of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Florence served as the first visiting nurse to the greater Hanover area from 1914 to 1917, helping establish a lasting tradition of compassionate, in-home care. The Center was named in her honor through the generosity of her grandson, Wesley D. Stick, Jr. VNA board members, staff, volunteers, community leaders and invited guests gathered to celebrate this meaningful milestone and Florence’s enduring legacy of service to our community.
