Michele Migas brings over twenty years of leadership experience across home health, long-term care,  dementia care, end-of-life planning, behavioral health, and substance use services. Her healthcare career  began at the Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover and Spring Grove, where she served for eleven years as  Director of Information Technology. In that role, she blended technical expertise with a deep commitment to  patient care, operational excellence, and system improvement. 

Michele holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Science in  Informatics with a minor in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania, and an Associate’s Degree in  Liberal Arts and Social Sciences from Harrisburg Area Community College. Her background uniquely bridges  technology, operations, and leadership—helping organizations enhance quality, efficiency, and patient  outcomes. 

Outside of her professional work, Michele serves as an elected Board of Supervisor for Tyrone Township. She  enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and dogs, and loves traveling and exploring the mountains in  their side-by-side.
