Brian joined VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove in late August 2026. While he is new to VNA, he is not new to home health care. He brings over 17 years of clinical and managerial experience, having spent most of his career working within home health agencies. Although Brian has explored other areas of nursing, he has consistently found his way back to home health, where his passion lies.

 

Brian began his career at a small home health agency immediately after graduating from nursing school. He jokes that he didn’t realize home health care existed, much less that an agency would take a chance on a brand-new nurse, but he is certainly glad they did. He is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to VNA and help the organization grow.

 

Growing up in Maryland, Brian pursued his nursing education through the LPN program at the Community College of Baltimore County. He then enrolled in the LPN-to-RN bridge program at Harford Community College, where he honed his skills and found his footing. Brian continued his education and earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

Brian lives in Westminster, Maryland, with his wife and daughter, their two beagles, and two cats. He enjoys relaxing outside on his patio and taking it all in. A dedicated family man, Brian loves spending time with his wife and daughter. From amusement parks to road trips, they always seem to find themselves on another adventure together.
