Stacy Ropp is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in quality management, care coordination, and clinical leadership. She has successfully built and mentored a team of over 30 lead care managers and nurses, demonstrating her expertise in team development and leadership.

Previously, Stacy held several key roles at WellSpan Health, including Director of Quality Management and Manager of Quality Improvement. During her tenure, she led quality strategy initiatives, implemented data-driven dashboards, optimized Epic systems for ambulatory care, and championed population health efforts. She was also instrumental in building and leading care coordination and health coach programs during her time as Practice Transformation Specialist.

Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in both Pennsylvania and California.

Her credentials include Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University, a Lean for Healthcare certificate from the University of Tennessee, and a long-standing trainer certification in “Choices and Changes: Motivating Healthy Behaviors” from the Institute for Healthcare Communication. Stacy was honored with the WellSpan Medical Group Service Excellence – Inspiration Award in 2018 and has co-authored a publication featured by the National Center for Case Study Teaching in Science.
