Tess Hansbrough is a Licensed Practical Nurse who lives in Dover, PA with her husband and their two energetic daughters. Her family is her greatest joy, and she cherishes the time they spend together.

 

Tess began her healthcare career after graduating from the Hanover Practical Nursing Program. She started in long-term care at Cross Keys Village, where she built a strong foundation in patient care. She then transitioned to OSS Health, where she continued to grow her clinical skills and broaden her experience in the healthcare field.

 

In 2020, Tess joined the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove as a field nurse. Her role evolved over the years to include responsibilities in intake and scheduling, and she now proudly serves as the Home Health Clinical Team Lead. In this position, she is passionate about supporting the VNA’s dedicated field staff, whose commitment to delivering exceptional care inspires her daily.

 

Outside of work, Tess enjoys spending time with her family—especially watching her daughters grow, dance, and shine during their classes and recitals.

 

Tess is deeply grateful for her journey in nursing so far and looks forward to what the future holds with excitement and gratitude.
