Tess Hansbrough
My name is Tess, and I currently live in Dover, PA with my husband and our two sassy girls. My family is my greatest joy, and I cherish every moment spent with them.
I began my career in healthcare after graduating from the Hanover Practical Nursing Program, where I obtained my LPN. My nursing journey started in long-term care at Cross Keys Village, where I gained foundational experience in patient care. From there, I transitioned to OSS Health, where I expanded my skills and knowledge in the healthcare field.
In 2020, I joined the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove as a field nurse. Since then, my role has evolved as I took on positions in intake and scheduling. Today, I am proud to serve as the Home Health Clinical Team Lead. What I love most about my current role is the opportunity to support our dedicated field staff. Their hard work and commitment to providing exceptional care are truly inspiring, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help support them in their roles.
Outside of work, my family keeps me busy and filled with love. I love spending time with my girls—watching them grow and thrive, especially when they’re dancing in class or performing at recitals.
I’m incredibly grateful for the journey I’ve had so far and look forward to the future with excitement and gratitude.
