Janice Swartz joins the VNA Board of Directors as a seasoned healthcare leader with over 23 years of experience in operations, business development, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Communication and Brand Management at Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community, Janice has a proven track record of connecting individuals with the essential resources and services that support their well-being.

Janice’s career includes leadership roles across two prominent healthcare systems in South-Central Pennsylvania, where she developed a deep passion for increasing access to care and fostering equity. She brings a familiar perspective to the board, having previously served The VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove, alongside current and past service with the New Oxford Chamber of Commerce, the Conewago Valley School District Foundation, and the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce.

A resident of Hanover and a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, Janice is dedicated to leveraging her expertise in strategic planning and financial stewardship to advance the VNA’s mission. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, she enjoys spending time with her husband, George, their two sons, and their family pets.
