Jamie has built her healthcare career around serving individuals and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. With a strong passion for advocacy, compassionate care, and community connection, she has dedicated her work to supporting patients and families through illness, loss, and transition.

After earning her Social Work degree from Shippensburg University, Jamie began her career working with adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. She later transitioned into county-level government advocacy services, where she continued supporting vulnerable populations and gained valuable experience working within community systems and public resources.

Jamie has been a valued member of the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Hanover & Spring Grove for nearly two decades. In her current dual role as Hospice Social Worker and Clinical Liaison, she works closely with patients, families, healthcare partners, and community organizations to help ensure individuals receive the support, dignity, and resources they need at every stage of care. She is especially passionate about hospice work and the meaningful connections that come from helping families navigate difficult moments with compassion and understanding.

As Clinical Liaison, Jamie also focuses on building strong relationships throughout Adams and York counties, helping connect individuals and organizations with the services offered by the VNA. She is deeply committed to carrying forward the agency’s long-standing tradition of compassionate, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing opportunities for adventure and exploration. An Adams County native, she is proud to have grown up in the Fruit Belt region, often referred to as Apple Country, USA. She enjoys making memories with her husband and children and loves spending time on the water, whether at Raystown Lake, the beach, or traveling to tropical destinations. Jamie is also an enthusiastic Penn State football fan — We Are!
