Join a legacy of caring for our community
Since 1909, the Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover and Spring Grove has been providing compassionate, professional health care to patients and their families in the communities of Hanover, Spring Grove, and Adams County. As an independent, not-for-profit organization, we remain focused on delivering high quality care and education regardless of a patient’s ability to pay for that care.
Our team of dedicated professionals includes clinical staff who work in patient’s homes, support and administrative staff who coordinate patient care, and management staff who oversee the financial and tactical end of running an agency. It takes all our team members working together to deliver the high level of care our patients need and deserve.
What defines our culture
We are committed to fostering a work environment in which employees from all backgrounds feel accepted, are treated fairly with respect, and are provided with transparent, honest communication and support and opportunities to reach their full potential. The VNA recognizes that our most valuable asset is our employees. Through our various staff led committees, employee recognition events, wellness fairs, and other initiatives, we foster strong staff relationships and engage employees to invest in making the workplace truly enjoyable.
The Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover and Spring Grove’s focus is on building collaborative relationships with other local health and social service providers to ensure seamless transition of care for all residents within the communities we serve.
The Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover and Spring Grove, a community based agency, is dedicated to providing professional health care at home and to teaching caregivers how to care for their loved ones in all stages of life.
