Join a legacy of caring for our community
Since 1909, the Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover and Spring Grove has been providing compassionate, professional health care to patients and their families in the communities of Hanover, Spring Grove, and Adams County. As an independent, not-for-profit organization, we remain focused on delivering high quality care and education regardless of a patient’s ability to pay for that care.
Our team of dedicated professionals includes clinical staff who work in patient’s homes, support and administrative staff who coordinate patient care, and management staff who oversee the financial and tactical end of running an agency. It takes all our team members working together to deliver the high level of care our patients need and deserve.
