Sharon Easton, RN, BSN

Director of Clinical Services - Home Care

Sharon started with the VNA in November of 2019.  Although new to the VNA, she certainly is not new to the Home Health and Hospice fields.  Sharon started in Home Health and Hospice in 1985 in Baltimore.  She enjoyed her time as an RN providing Hospice care but her passion is Home Health.

Sharon has been an instrumental part of the many regulatory and medical changes in the industry during her career, but she enjoys the challenges involved to assure that clients receive the care necessary to optimize their level of functioning and to improve their quality of life.

The number of people 85 and over will grow the fastest over the next couple decades.  Home Health services will be essential.  Sharon strives to do her part to assure these populations’ needs are met.  She is also committed to ensuring the VNA grows and remains current with the many technological and regulatory changes that affect our industry.

Sharon is married, has four children and 2 grandchildren.  When she is not working she enjoys playing golf, boating, and time with her family and friends.
