Jennifer Baldwin
Jennifer joined the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove in June 2022, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for hospice care. Jen lives in Biglerville with her husband, three energetic boys, and two dogs, and enjoys the bustling activities of family life. She can often be found cheering on her boys at their sports events, immersed in a good book, or enjoying concerts.
Jen’s journey in nursing began with a focus on med-surg/orthopedics at Hanover and Gettysburg hospitals, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of patient care. Transitioning to hospice care at SpiriTrust opened her heart to a calling she knew was a true passion. Over five fulfilling years, she dedicated herself to providing compassionate end-of-life care to those in need.
Jen earned a nursing degree from HACC in 2008, and in 2016, expanded her knowledge and expertise by obtaining a BSN from Slippery Rock University. These academic achievements have equipped her with the tools to deliver comprehensive care with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Hospice care isn't just a job for Jen—it's a calling. She is deeply committed to supporting patients and their families through one of life's most challenging transitions. Her journey with the VNA allows her to continue this meaningful work and feels privileged to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
