Kevin’s journey in healthcare began in his childhood, inspired by his parents, both dedicated home health professionals. Following in their footsteps, Kevin has become a dynamic Physical Therapist with over three decades of expertise in clinical practice, leadership, and business administration.

After earning his degree in physical therapy from Daemen College in 1991, Kevin co-owned and operated Elk County Physical Therapy in his hometown of St. Mary's, PA. In 1996, he joined Hanover Hospital as a physical therapist, marking the beginning of a distinguished twenty-three-year tenure. As the Director of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation for fourteen years, Kevin played a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing Hanover Hospital’s rehab services.

Before becoming the CEO of the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove in February 2022, Kevin served on WellSpan VNA's senior leadership team as the Director of Rehabilitation Services for three years. In this role, he oversaw a home health team of over 200 employees across five counties, consistently delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Kevin and his wife, Beth, who is also a physical therapist, reside in Hanover with Beth's mother, Jo, and their three boxers. Kevin is deeply passionate about fitness and has achieved significant milestones as a three-time Ironman finisher. He also enjoys outdoor activities with their dogs and working on landscape projects in his downtime.

With a commitment to healthcare excellence and a passion for serving others in the greater Hanover community he calls home; Kevin embodies the spirit of compassionate care and leadership at the VNA. His extensive clinical knowledge and strategic leadership ensure his continued impact in the field of home health and hospice care.
