Karen Nelson
Karen began her banking career in 1993 in Hanover. With over 26 years of banking experience, she has focused her career on working for local community banks. Karen joined PeoplesBank in 2017 to serve as AVP and Financial Center Manager of the North Hanover office. She is an active member of the local community and has been involved with the Hanover Chamber Workforce Committee since 2007. Karen has also served on the Chamber Ambassador committee and is a former board member.
She is the current Treasurer of the Hanover Kiwanis Club, a committee member of Sweet Charities of Hanover, Inc., and a member of the Hanover Rotary Club. Karen is a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and is the Chair of their Finance Committee. She resides in Littlestown with her husband, Mike, and their youngest son, Jacob. Karen has two grown sons – Michael, Jr, and Logan.
